Terms of Sale:
Please read the following terms and conditions that apply to purchases via the Urbanlights.co.uk web site
Quoted prices are in pounds sterling for new products including taxes at current UK rates. Should pricing or local taxes change once an order has been placed we shall make contact to advise and offer to proceed at the new rates or cancel the order.
Guarantee:
Urban garden lights are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. Warranty excludes consumable items, accessories, damage caused by neglect or unqualified fitting and repair. Goods sold comply with all applicable UK and EC legislation.
Your Invoice:
A full invoice listing description, VAT, price and company details is supplied with goods.

Export and EC orders cannot be taken via the web, please e-mail export[at]urbanlights.co.uk for details on our rates.
Cancellation Rights:
Urban Lights will refund the full cost of goods on unwanted products within a 7 day period (starting the day following receipt of goods). All monies will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. In accordance with the distance selling regulation you have the right to cancel the order within seven days from receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel you must notify us in writing or e-mail of your intention to do so at which time the purchase price and the postage costs will be refunded to you within 30 days. You will however be responsible for the costs of delivery back to us, whether this is arrangements you make with a suitable carrier, or whether you ask us to collect. You should enquire of us what the cost will be should you require us to collect the goods, you have an obligation to keep any goods in good condition until such time as they are returned to us. If you use a carrier of your own choice you are advised to take out suitable insurance, since we are not liable for damage to the goods during transportation back to us. Following the seven day cooling off period goods not required, unused and returned in good condition will be refunded less any carriage cost. Goods must be returned in good condition, unused and in original packaging. Faulty/damaged goods are covered by the 12 month warranty.
Payments:
Our secure server accepts most debit and credit cards, they are positively sanctioned prior to dispatch. Payment via cheque is accepted; please allow 3 days clearance and make payable to Urban Industry Ltd. Check all information is correct, we cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect information or if any order is held up due to incorrect details.
Web Security:
Card payments are processed via the UK’s leading encryption specialist WorldPay using the latest SSL, Thawte encryption systems. A secure link between your (the shopper) browser and the WorldPay server is set up. An encryption code is then requested by the WorldPay server and will not upload until it receives the right answer. A dedicated team is devoted to keeping the Urbanlights.co.uk web site secure at all times.
Goods Availability:
Goods are subject to availability; if for any reason the goods ordered are out for stock we shall offer an alternative or full refund. Urban Industry Limited will not be held responsible for compensating any losses you may suffer if goods are unavailable. Acceptance of the order is once the order has been processed, an invoice raised and goods dispatched.
Specifications:
Product specifications are subject to factory production improvements and upgrades. Urban Industry Ltd will notify changes to product specifications.
Typographical and Advertising Errors:
Whilst every care is taken to accurately describe products and services, errors may occur. Should an error occur due to typographical misprint Urban Industry Limited shall have the right to cancel any orders and refund all charges to your account.
