Delivery policy
Courier companies do not make free deliveries. Claims of "Free Delivery" is often included in the full retail price ticket. We don't believe in masking shipping costs, a much fairer way is to show delivery rates - see urban lights delivery page. A courier company has to make the delivery, this cost can be absorbed by increasing the size of the lights order. The larger the order the lower the shipping cost. For free delivery on lights the current threshold is £100.
Pricing policy
SSP and recommended retails are a popular way to misled the consumer to promote fake sales. It's so easy for unethical companies to make up a retail price and show a big discount banner to display the normal selling price. Try checking back in a few months and many of the fake sales still sell the lights at the same fake sale price. The price paid is the actual market price, fake RSP just highlight sharp practices. Urban Lights operates on direct from factory prices, no fake sales or inflated price tickets.
