Urban Lights appointed secure courier (DHL) will make delivery on lights order, a signature will be required. Standard delivery normally takes 1 to 2 working days from placing lights orders, 95% of lights deliveries arrive next working day if placed by 2.30pm. Should the item be out of stock we shall advise on expected availability and request confirmation to continue. Urban Industry Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our contract if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, industrial dispute, war, flood, fire, tempest or national emergencies. If so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations. Delivery dates specified are approximate, we shall not be liable for any losses, charges damages, expenses or costs caused by any delay for the delivery of goods. Delivery charges to UK mainland addresses:
Lighting orders up to £49.99 are charged at £5.50 per order.
Lighting orders from £50 to £99.99 are charged at £3.50.
Lighting orders over £100 are shipped for *free on next working day service.

*Excludes highlands and islands surcharge - see below.

Our appointed carrier is not authorised to leave lighting goods unsigned, should the courier arrive and fail to obtain a signature they will leave a card with instructions to rebook or if you wish they offer collection service from your local DHL depot.

Lights orders placed before 2.30 pm are processed same day, orders placed after 2.30pm are processed the following working day (Mon to Fri). Deliveries of lights include free insurance, any damage must be signed "damaged" on the courier delivery paperwork or notified to Urban Industry within 3 days of delivery.
Payment via Credit/Debit Card are delivered to the card holder address only. 
If delivery of lights is required to another address please call with details or payment can be accepted by cheque, please allow for cheque clearance.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Isles including IOW, Isle of Man, are charged at national rates. Please select this option from the drop down menu when booking, due to the distance involved there may be a small delay in delivery - please note next day is not available to highlands and islands post codes.

Lighting spares, solar accessories are inclusive of delivery to any UK address. Smaller items of lighting spares and accessories are shipped via Royal Mail on standard service.

Export or EC orders cannot be accepted via the Urban Lights web site, to place export lights orders please call or email export@urbanlights.co.uk with full details for a quote.
